- Holiday bookings (Dec 18th – Jan 5th) have no refund except if comparable booking is found, 80% of rental price will be refunded.
- For bookings from Jan 5th to Dec 18th free cancellation if provided up to 60 days prior to arrival except US$ 150.00 admin fee. Within 60 days of arrival no refund will apply.
