This summer and next fall, the Dominican Republic hosts the XXIII edition of the Dominican Republic Jazz Festival, a combination of good atmosphere and good music, including authentic jazz legends that win the Grammy Award, on a concert tour of several cities on the island.
Presented by Fedujazz and the Ministry of Tourism, all shows of the Dominican Republic Jazz Festival are free and open to the public, with VIP tickets and priority seats available for purchase. These proceeds will be used to finance the Fedujazz Foundation, which deals with jazz music education in the Dominican Republic.
The event is a highly anticipated cultural festival that helps promote tourism on the north coast. This year also brings good music to Cap Cana, August 30 and 31; to Santiago and Puerto Plata, on October 25 and 26; and to Sosua and Cabarete from November 1 to 3.
